Sustainable Hydrothermal Manufacturing of Nanomaterials

Large-scale green & economical synthesis of nanoparticles and nanostructures

Innovative

A unique reactor design exploits the reduced density of supercritical water to achieve efficient mixing, ensuring a uniform nanoparticle size distribution. Members Area

Continuous

Nanoparticles are generated in a continuous flow system rather than using traditional batch methods. This offers higher throughput, improved safety and finer control of synthetic parameters.

Eco-friendly

An extensive range of nanoparticles can be formulated, using only high-pressure, high-temperature water. The nanoparticles are produced and supplied in aqueous solution, which minimises exposure hazards.

Sustainable

Use of water eliminates the need for petrochemically derived solvents required for many traditional synthetic methods. Dilute acids are generally the only bi-products formed.
